Integrated Distributed PV & Energy Storage
PV modules are laid on the raw material warehouse roof of the factory. The light steel building is covered with color steel tiles. The project utilizes around 11,000 ㎡ idle rooftop space. High land utilization, easy construction and no impact on production, suitable for industrial energy-saving upgrading. Solution Configuration Total PV installed capacity: 1500kW, operating on self-consumption plus surplus power to grid mode. Solar power first supplies factory production and office loads to cut grid electricity usage. Excess clean power connects to the grid through the 0.4kV low-voltage system. Four grid access points are set in the low-voltage power room to avoid single-point connection risks, ensuring safe and stable power integration for continuous industrial loads. Energy storage capacity: 1MW/2MWh, perfectly matched with the 1500kW PV system. It forms an intelligent energy supply system with PV-storage coupling and source-load interaction. Charges with solar energy and discharges at peak hours to boost clean energy self-sufficiency and achieve peak load shifting for cost savings.
