420MW Wind-Solar-Storage Multi-dimensional Complementary System PV Pilot Project

This project serves as a core key component of the integrated wind-solar-storage-transmission base built on saline-alkali tidal flats in northern Shandong Province, and is included in the key construction list of the third batch of national large-scale new energy bases.

The project is planned with an AC installed capacity of 420MW and a DC installed capacity of 463.93MW, with a large-scale supporting energy storage system constructed simultaneously. Making full use of the idle saline-alkali tidal flat resources in the region, the project innovatively builds a new comprehensive energy utilization model featuring photovoltaic power generation as the main body, energy storage as the support, and multi-energy complementation and intelligent dispatching as core advantages. PV Main Project Implementation Plan: The approved AC construction capacity of the project is 120MW, and the DC construction capacity is 133.93MW. High-efficiency PV modules have been deployed on a large scale across coastal saline-alkali tidal flats. Adapted to the local tidal flat landforms and meteorological conditions, the project adopts a mature and reliable centralized PV array layout scheme.

Energy Storage Configuration: The project is equipped with a large-scale energy storage system of 130.2MW/260.4MWh, adopting an operational mechanism of coupled and coordinated interaction between photovoltaic and energy storage systems. Core Advantages and Project Value: As a demonstration green power project in the region, this project effectively revitalizes idle coastal saline-alkali land and addresses the low-efficiency utilization problem of traditional tidal flat resources. It significantly expands the installed scale of regional clean energy and optimizes the source-load structure of the power grid. Serving as an exemplary and leading project, it strongly drives regional energy transformation, consolidates the achievements of dual-carbon development, and boosts the clustered development of the new energy industry.
